NR 23-14 UPDATE – Missing/Endangered Adult

Investigative Update

Ms. Hiza has been recovered and is safe and being reunited with her family

The Brevard County Sheriff’s Office is attempting to locate a missing/endangered adult.  43-year-old Karen Hiza was last seen this morning, March 26, 2023, at approximately 3:45 a.m., when she left her residence in Valkaria, on foot.

Ms. Hiza is 5’05” tall, weighing 160 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.  She was last seen wearing a night gown with no shoes.  Ms. Hiza suffers from mental health issues and did not take her prescribed medication with her upon leaving.  She has been entered as a missing/endangered adult.
