NR 22-35 Missing/Endangered Juvenile

UPDATE: Christian has been located by our agency.

The Brevard County Sheriff’s Office is attempting to locate 17-year-old, Christian Sanders, who is autistic and functions at a mental capacity of a 12-year-old.  Christian is considered a missing/endangered juvenile.

Christian was last seen Thursday, September 08, 2022, at 4:00 p.m., fleeing on foot from 8000 Devereux Drive, Melbourne.  Witnesses last observed the juvenile jumping a fence into a wooded area off Baytree Drive.

He is described as approximately 5’02” tall, weighing 100 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black hoodie, black pants, and black in color Vans sneakers.

Christian previously ran away in March 2022 and was later located in the Melbourne Beach area.  Christian was entered into FCIC/NCIC as a missing juvenile.  Anyone who may have information on the whereabouts of Christian Sanders is asked to please contact, Brevard County Sheriff’s Office Agent Christopher Maloy at (321) 617-7306 or by email at christopher.maloy@bcso.us.
