NR 20-03 Merritt Island Woman Missing
**Update: Ms Dodd has been found safe.
The Brevard County Sheriff’s Office is attempting to locate an endangered missing adult. 71-year-old Luann Dodd was reported missing today. According to her husband, Luann left a Merritt Island residence in her vehicle on February 13, 2020, at approximately 1:30 p.m. On February 14, 2020, Mr. Dodd observed several transactions on Luann’s credit card statement, indicating that she was traveling south on US1. The most recent transaction was for an Exxon gas station located in Deerfield Beach, Florida.
Ms. Dodd is 5’07” tall, weighing 125 pounds, with short brown hair and brown eyes. She is believed to be driving a light blue 2009 Toyota Scion TC bearing Florida tag DWQF18 that is registered to her. Ms. Dodd is prescribed medication, which she did not take with her and does not have a cellular telephone. She is listed as a missing/endangered adult.
